主题
准确把握党和国家经济政策，关注企业呼声，为基层发展出力。
工作重点
首先要下大力气完成和完善已经开展的各项工作，强化执行力，把必须做的和应该做的工作做到位，这是2022年工作的重中之重。
2022年启动行业能耗和碳排放指标调研，制订有利于国家节能和控碳政策的需要，响应国家3060行动规划。
开展系统的调研工作，联合各类兄弟协会，主动向各级政府部门反映行业诉求；认真解读党和国家政策，引领行业把握好宏观经济走向。做好锻压行业“十四五”发展纲要和“锻压技术与装备发展路线图（2021-2035）”宣贯工作，在引导行业和企业发展的同时，注意继续收集行业和企业存在的焦点、难点和热点问题，及时利用各种研究方式强化引导。促进企业注重开发新兴和细分市场，实现差异化竞争，走专精特新的发展之路。
优化展览会组织工作，开展以“活动带招展”的工作模式；强化“九月节”工作，不断完善“九月节”活动体系建设；坚持开展丰富多彩的行业交流活动，继续开展网络直播会议，注意预设讨论主题，促进参会者的参与感，增加互动，坚持“报告要讲透，内容要接地”的活动总思路；积极推进新媒体服务与纸媒服务融合，做好数字化、可视化和语音化服务，完善行业融媒体中心；加大行业标准制订的同时，做好标准委员会换届工作，同时也要注重和探索开展团体标准的推广工作，召开制订标准和标准应用培训会，通过制定标准规范行业竞争、提升行业话语权和增强行业影响力；继续为企业发展提供强有力的专家支持；继续做好协会对外宣传工作，扩大协会影响力，做好会员管理和征集工作，协会可以适当吸收与行业相关企业如金属模具制造与焊接企业的加入；继续探讨建立教育培训基地，坚持教育培训与时俱进，实践教育培训 “规范和流程化”，建立包括网络教育在内的新型行业培训体系。
做好第九届代表大会筹备工作，平稳和顺利地完成换届工作。充分发挥包括理事单位在内的协会领导和行业工作积极分子作用，不断拓宽协会工作内容和形式。建立协会活动品牌，强化会员与非会员参加协会活动的区别对待，参加活动收费要有差异，增强协会凝聚力。强化协会服务机制与服务形态，加强对会员企业的服务工作，利用网络加强会员企业的对外宣传。改善协会管理体制，坚持建立和完善以制度和流程为基础的治理模式情况下，注重突破条条框框，创新思维，调动发挥协会员工的主观能动性。
2022年继续推动富京技术公司由制造型向服务制造型转变。推动杂志社有限公司由单一型媒体服务向多元化、综合性媒体服务转变。
具体任务与措施
把控好“协会市场行为和业务灵活开拓”的尺度，坚持诚信和实事求是，为社会、政府、行业、企业和从业人员做好服务是协会永恒的措施。
新冠疫情给服务业带来巨大的冲击，协会首当其冲，把压力当成挑战，把挑战变成机遇，利用当下的时机做好自己的事情，让我们有机会和动力开拓新的服务工作。重要工作包括强化海外沟通和交流，学习西方工业发达国家先进的工艺和技术，引领行业发展；注重企业热点问题收集，持续寻找行业需要的服务工作，发展中国特色的绿色锻压、高端锻压。
协会设立京外基地，完成京外基地建设仍然是我们必须面对的挑战。
提升执行力，培养员工的格局，改善员工的思维方式，开展必要的员工培训是2022年员工工作重点。
做好第九届代表大会筹备，顺利和圆满完成大会议程是协会2022年的重要工作之一。
坚持“会议的阶梯化存在”，会议采用差异化策划、组织和召开。以“案例式讲座+互动式讨论”相结合的会议组织模式，继续坚持2021年开始的主题策划形式，提升会议的质量。
2022年，加强行业热点问题的小型讨论交流会的召开，有目的地引导行业向正确的发展方向迈进。
基于企业实际控制人的荣誉需要，以及企业宣传的需求，2022年推动举办“高端峰会”，以个人参与为主要特征，除邀请行业内顶级企业的实际控制人外，要着力邀请一些工业界、文化界、政界和经济界等的名人参与，共同探讨行业发展，从而推动培养更多的行业战略企业家，为引领行业发展探讨新路。
继续坚持2021年制订的海外交流发展计划：“着力强化组织与国际联络部建设，必须下大力气强化与亚洲国家政府有关部门的联系，寻找相关协会，力所能及地建立联系。在没有与我们建立起协会或企业联系的国家内，确立50家国外锻造、冲压和钣金制作企业（每个行业不少于10家），主动进行联系，探讨交流合作的可能。加强与外国驻华使馆、贸易促进机构的联络工作，了解产业情况和宣传行业。要特别加强与俄罗斯和中东欧国家机构和企业建立联系”。
继续重视冲压、钣金制作领域工作，要继续加大会员征集力度；适当增加涉及冲压、钣金制作行业的工作委员会。探讨成立板材成形设备委员会，或探讨成立具有俱乐部性质的一体化服务冲压、钣金制作行业的联盟。
在未来几年内，力争协会直接会员达到万家。
充分发挥行业内大量默默无闻的创造者和奉献者的力量，引导他们走上前台，为发展整个行业做出努力。
协会应充分理解行业企业的需求，应该包括：技术和管理知识与经验交流、市场服务、金融服务、行业影响力和荣誉需求。未来协会开展活动应围绕这些展开。
继续加强与模具、材料和大型主机厂联系，建立广泛的产业链协同发展环境。
完善相关产业调研和服务工作，特别是连接、焊接、材料供应和金属成形模具行业。要认真研究这些行业的技术发展和经济形势，从而为锻造、冲压和钣金制作行业的发展拓展相关领域服务。
推广和完善“九月节”品牌体系，坚持全员办好中国国际金属成形展览会（MetalForm China）。2022年，修正金属展的展出形式，强调“以实物展为主”，尝试“以活动和拜访交流带动招展”模式组织展商，让展商切实有获得感，让观众不虚此行，建立互动友好的氛围，增加协会掌握行业心声的渠道。
继续研究探讨 “锻压装备智商”评价工作，将锻压装备信息化推进委员会改制成锻压装备信息化评价标准制订委员会，从而推进制订锻压装备的信息化等级评价标准。做好封头行业等级标准制定和评价工作的总结工作，建立和完善有利于行业良性竞争的等级标准体系，引导行业健康发展。
2022年，坚持高标准制订标准，联合制订标准，实用制订标准和规范问题制订标准的原则，制订标准必须有利于规范市场行为，推动合理化竞争，也要有利于政府对行业的管理。
发挥行业领军企业和行业专家学者的作用，恰当和适时编制行规行约、工作指引等通用文件，指导和引导企业发展和变革。
杂志与网络必须坚持已经开展的工作，但必须把“坚持和创新”有机地结合起来。
培训基地落地是2022年的重要工作。
扩大专家库规模的同时，必须解决好如何有效利用专家库，发挥专家作用。
继续做好服务政府工作，不仅是中央政府部门，更要注意做好地方政府部门服务工作。
继续开展科技成果鉴定工作。继续开展专题调研，研究制定专题研究的方式方法，确定研究主题和内容。继续争取建立起系统的锻压行业数据收集体系，做好行业生产数据等的统计发布工作，保持行业经济形势运行分析会的持续性和前瞻性。探讨研究建立锻压行业公益研究机构，为行业解决共性问题和推出人才服务。开展好为地区产业发展、企业技术改造等的咨询和专家服务工作。
2022年，做好已有调研分析工作的同时，必须开展能耗和碳排放指标的调研工作。
中国锻压协会在积极开展好技术、管理经验交流，促进技术与管理进步的同时，要开展行业共性问题的专家讨论与交流，这些共性问题包括但不限于宏观经济、文化建设、人才工作、政策解读、技术趋势和行业发展方向。
推进北京富京技术公司的发展，在理顺过往工作的基础上，坚持三个方面的业务发展，炉窑建设与维保、数字智能工程服务中心建设、探讨教育培训产业化经营。
在炉窑建设与维保方面，积极在燃烧系统、控制系统、检测系统等方面予以建立自己独特的具有数字支撑的技术体系。利用自身力量，探讨和实践大数据和智能化在加热炉窑方面的应用，为企业实现智能化服务。建立和运营以工业炉维护保养为主导，以设计新建为辅的工业炉服务制造公司。
2022年，富京公司完善“数字智能工程服务中心（Virtintelli Engineering Center）”,主要开展：①代理销售应用于锻造、冲压和钣金制作行业的工艺模拟、设计、企业管理与数字化加工等软件；②组建行业联盟，为锻造、冲压与钣金制作行业企业提供成套服务；③加大中小企业服务力度，协助中小企业开展工艺研发和工艺改进工作；④开展人才模拟和数字化技术的培训与培养，吸纳企业人员到协会共同开展工作，推动行业数字化技术的应用。要充分发挥中国锻压协会旗下的北京富京技术公司的作用，利用富京公司对设备控制系统熟悉的优势开展包括设计、模拟、数据收集、车间和企业管理一体化系统软件和硬件的研究开发与服务。
2022年，富京公司运营中国锻压协会教育培训中心的工作应取得进展，将教育培训工作依据市场化、系统化和正规化的原则开展，实现中国锻压协会培训基地建设的目标。
2022年，如果无法执行协会年轻人的企业见习，将制订员工培训内容并开展内训工作。力争完成编辑第二本具有协会文化的著述。
注重党建工作，巩固好党史学习教育活动取得的成果，认真学习中国共产党第十九届六中全会精神和《中共中央关于党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验的决议》。继续开展好党、工和团的工作，发挥其在协会工作中的积极作用。迎接党的二十大的召开。要特别注意发挥党、团和工会的作用，以及严格要求党员同志，发挥先进模范带头作用。2022年继续践行具有协会特色的党员活动和管理。工会、团支部继续加强协会内部团队建设；团支部继续考虑建立包括会员企业在内的新媒体平台，广泛吸收行业内青年的关注，能够使广大青年自我学习自我成长。

CCMI's Activities in 2022
There is a Chinese Version of the Table of Activities. The date, venue and topics may be changed according to the demand from our industry. Other activities related to a Branch or Division will be organized by a Department of CCMI, and the related Branch or Division will certainly be one of the organizers, but those Branch or Division has not been listed in this form., please refer to the announcement of the activity carefully when you received.
